Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across Australia on all orders above $200 (5-7 business days). For orders below this value, a flat rate of $14.95 is applied for standard shipping.

Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at a flat rate of $19.95. If placed before midday (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays), orders are processed on the same day of receiving online orders.

Returns

We are confident you and your child will be pleased your new trolley backpack, however, If for any reason you are not, we offer a full refund within 28 days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and Roll & Run will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used.

Conditions of return for change of mind:

• Trolley backpack must be unused, with the original tags still attached.
• Return must be completed within 28 days of purchase.
• Postage is non-refundable

Roll & Run reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
